A must see when in Hurley. Fascinating Mining pics and artifacts.
Love going there every year. I come up here every summer and always visit the wonderful ladys there that loom the rugs anyone can buy.The rugs are fabulous you can special order your size and colors.I don't know any other place that does this it's a dying art. Also the money they make from these rugs is what keeps the Museum open, the Museum itself is also a very worthwhile and educational experience. Once again I just want to praise the ladys and gentleman that volunteer their time and efforts to the Museum, without them, we would be missing out on a piece of history. I am grateful to them. Everyone visiting and living here should stop in and buy a beautiful rug and tour the museum, and say thanks
Great displays and historic artifacts.
Impossible to find friendlier people. Very interesting museum. Tons to see. Kids loved it!
