We contacted Future Plumbing for a new bathroom project quote this July. Marcus did come out and discuss the project with us and looked over the prospective job. We were promised a quote via email by the weekend. The weekend came and went and we waited until that Friday but still no quote. We then called Marcus as a reminder and to see the status. He replied saying that he was out of town for the weekend, but would work on it tonight and have it to us before the week was over. That week came and went again and not a word from them. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company ... Very Unprofessional! Can Not Recommend!
