Zero compassion. Made it seem like my animals life wasn't worth the work. My pet died due to mis-diagnosis. They gave an assumption of what it was. Lazy.
ER calls are not handled well. Staff is not overly friendly. Vets are not overly friendly. The building has an odd smell although it does give off the appearance of looking clean. When I was there picking up food one day I was clearly able to hear the office help be very rude to a client who was seeking care for their pet and hoping for a payment plan. I understand not being able to provide a payment plan I guess although most vets do but there was no reason to be loud enough for the entire waiting room to clearly hear and no reason to be snotty and rude. Vets are very independent in our area, many refusing to provide ER care as well. We go out of town for our vet care simply because I want my animal treated kindly as well and I want to feel good about placing my pets care in the hands of our vet in addition to their staff.
